TERMS OF USE

Terms of use

This document sets out the agreement between us when you visit the Milisoft website: who owns what is published here, how you may use it, which behaviour is not allowed, and the rules that apply if we end up disagreeing. We have kept it plain so that reading the whole thing is realistic.

By visiting or using this website you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If there is any part of them you do not accept, please stop using the site. Together with the privacy policy, these terms form the complete agreement covering your use of this site.

1. What these terms cover

These terms cover one website, www.milisoft.com, including its page content, diagrams, downloadable material and the enquiry form. The software products, private deployment instances and technical support services we provide to clients sit outside them.

If you are a project client, the contract, order, service level agreement and data processing agreement signed by both sides govern that project. These terms neither replace nor amend any of those agreements.

An individual page may carry a supplementary note that applies to that page or that piece of material — the citation scope of a particular document, for instance. Where such a note and these terms disagree, the note takes precedence for that page.

2. Website content and intellectual property

The Milisoft name and the marks used on this site, together with the page text, layout design, diagrams, icons and front-end source code, are owned by MILISOFT PTE. LTD. or used under licence unless stated otherwise. None of it may be copied, adapted, republished or used commercially without written permission.

MiliAgent, MiliFlow, MiliRAG, MiliGate and MiliEval are our product names, and the rights in them belong to MILISOFT PTE. LTD. Please do not use those names, or names close enough to cause confusion, for your own products, services, domains, accounts or marketing material.

Where this site explains compatibility or technical approaches, it names third-party technologies, open-source projects and products whose rights belong to their respective owners. Naming them implies no partnership, licence or endorsement in either direction.

3. How you may use this website

You are free to read every public page on this site, print it or save it locally, and use it to understand our products and services, run an internal technical evaluation, or write up a vendor comparison. None of that needs separate permission.

You may quote text or figures from the site within the limits of fair citation, provided you credit the Milisoft website, preserve the original meaning, avoid selective rewriting, and do not turn a general description of what we can do into a promise about a specific result.

Sharing page links with colleagues or partners is welcome. Please link to the page itself, and do not frame our pages inside your own site in a way that leads visitors to believe the content is yours.

4. What you may not do

The following interferes with the running of this site or with other people's access to it, so please do not do it:

  • Use crawlers, scripts or other automation to harvest site content in bulk, send requests at a rate well above normal browsing, or load test this site.
  • Scan, probe or circumvent the security measures of this site and its hosting environment, or attempt unauthorised access to servers, data, logs or information other people have submitted.
  • Send unlawful or infringing content, malicious code, or clearly harassing or fraudulent material through the site forms or by email.
  • Impersonate another person, approach us under a fabricated organisation, or enter someone else's name, email address or phone number without their authorisation.
  • Copy or mirror these pages to build an imitation site, or publish information, pricing or commitments in the name of Milisoft that we have not confirmed.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of this site by any means, including injection attacks, denial-of-service attacks and tampering with page content.

Where we find behaviour of this kind, we may restrict or refuse the access concerned without prior notice, retain the relevant logs, and pursue the matter through the channels the law provides.

5. Disclaimer on the information published here

What this site says about product capability, technical approaches, delivery timelines and assorted metrics is written for a general reader, to help you judge roughly what we can do. It is not an offer, and it is not a commitment to any particular business outcome.

The scope, deliverables, schedule, response times and acceptance criteria of an actual project are governed by the contract and its annexes signed by both sides. The timelines and SLA figures shown on these pages are reference values for typical cases; what happens in practice depends on how complex the use case is, the state of your data, and how quickly your side can work with us.

We try to keep the content accurate and current, but the products and services keep evolving, and a page may be out of date or loosely worded. Confirm the latest position with us before you make a purchasing or technical decision.

This site is provided as is. Maintenance, upgrades, network faults and events beyond our control can all make it temporarily unavailable, and we do not promise uninterrupted service.

6. Third-party links

This site may contain links to third-party websites, such as a company registry lookup or an open-source project home page. Those sites are operated independently, and their content, availability, privacy practices and security are outside our control.

Providing a link is not an endorsement or a warranty of that site or of its products and services. Once you click through, the other party's terms and privacy policy apply, and it is for you to decide whether to continue.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Information you take from this site needs to be weighed against your own situation before you act on it. If a decision is made purely on what a page says, without confirming it with us, the consequences are yours.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law, and nothing in it affects what the two sides have separately agreed in a signed contract on project liability, liability caps and confidentiality.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the business, the products or the legal environment change. A revised version takes effect when it is published on this page, and the "last updated" date at the top changes with it.

We will not send a separate notice for every wording change, so it is worth glancing at the date above before you rely on the site for anything substantial. Continuing to use the site after a revision is published means you accept the revised terms; if you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

9. Governing law and disputes

This website is operated by MILISOFT PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore. The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and enforcement of these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

Any dispute arising from these terms or from use of this website should first be settled by discussion between the parties. Failing that, either party may bring it before a court of competent jurisdiction in Singapore. Where the two sides have signed a services contract, the governing law and dispute resolution clauses of that contract take precedence over this section.

10. How to reach us

If you have a question about these terms, or need written permission to quote content or use our names, email contact@milisoft.com and say what it is for; we will pass it to the colleague responsible.

Commercial and partnership matters go to the same address. Clients inside a support period who hit a technical problem can use it too, or the support channel named in their contract. Other ways to reach us, and where we are based, are on the contact page.

For how personal information is collected and used, and what rights you have over it, see the privacy policy.

This text has not been reviewed by legal counsel. Have the wording, the liability clauses and the governing-law statement checked before launch.
